1. General Manager – Property (based in China)
-
This is senior management position.
-
You would have a Degree in Property Development and Management, and a post graduate qualification of an MBA
would certainly be an added advantage.
-
12 to 15 years of experience in the property sector would put you at an age group of 35 years and above.
-
Accountable for the whole gamut of planning & implementation, operations, sales and marketing, logistics, financial
and administrative areas in China.
-
Able to effectively source and build up a data bank for research and market intelligence.
-
Effectively forecast property cycle for the short term and long term period for the successful planning and pricing
  implementation of development programmes and to conduct potential site feasibility studies as well as justifying
  strategy.
-
Have strong coordinating and problem solving skills to ensure the smooth running of the project both internally as
  well as from the external environment to ensure timely delivery.
-
Your expertise in negotiating terms and conditions of sales and purchase as well as joint venture projects with
  relevant parties as well as Government agencies are viewed as crucial to this position.
-
You will have strong leadership and communication skills, coupling with a good eye for detail and a business
  acumen that put you in a position to be able to deal effectively with the internal and external environment of the
  business.

Must be willing to relocate to China.
 
2. Senior Manager – Business Development & Investment (based in Kajang)
-
A Degree in Property Management is essential an additional qualification in the MBA would certainly be
advantageous.
-
It is expected that you are registered as a member of the Property Management or Valuer Board.
-
Have at least 8 years of working experience in property development, management and investment.
-
Be able to source and build data bank for research, market intelligence purpose.
 - Be proficient in forecasting property cycle from short term to long term to enable successful planning and
implementation of investment and development programmes.
-
Lead in the conduct of feasibility studies on potential sites and projects and to recommend and advise the
Management of investment opportunities available.
-
Manage and market Company’s land bank and investment properties.
-
Have strong coordinating and problem solving skills to ensure the smooth running of the project both internally as
well as from the external environment to ensure timely delivery.

Able to attend to complaints and rectify maintenance problems promptly and effectively.

3. Business Development Manager (based in Indonesia)
-
You would have a Degree in Business or a Degree / professional qualification in Marketing. An MBA would
certainly be an added advantage.

At least 5 years of hands on experience in Business Development, handling a wide spectrum of products in a
managerial capacity.
-
You are an adept entrepreneur and the ability to set up new business ventures is second nature to you.
-
Your organizational and coordinating skills are impeccable and so is your wide range of network within the
business community in the Asian region in general and Indonesia in particular.
-
The likely candidate will be confident, aggressive and consistently motivated despite all odds in capturing and
expanding the market. 
-
Must be willing to be relocated to Indonesia.
   
4. Assistant Property Manager (based in Kajang)
-
Degree in Property Management, Valuation/Town Planning or related discipline of study.
-
A minimum of 5 years working experience in property development and investment required.
-
Extensive hands on experience in sourcing new land banks and managing them for future expansion.
-
Proficient in the forecasting of property cycles in the short term and long term.
-
Able to conduct research and feasibility studies on projects and the identification of investment opportunities.
-
Planning for product development and marketing strategies.
-
Is expected to be an effective contributing member of a team at the planning and implemental stages of
  development projects especially in sales and marketing.
-
Good command of spoken and written Mandarin preferred.
-
Computer literacy is a must.
   
5. Assistant Manager – Legal (based in Kajang)
-
A Degree in Law is pre-requisite.
-
At least 5 years of working experience in a legal firm or in a legal and secretarial department of a group of
companies.
-
Ability to handle all legal documents.
-
Have had experience in dealing with all litigation matters.
-
Able to read and write Mandarin.
-
Is very analytical and independent to work with minimum supervision.
 
6. Assistant Complex Manager (based in Kajang)
-
You need to have a Degree Business Administration, Economics or Marketing with 5 years of hands on-working
experience in managing a large shopping complex.
-
Able to plan and implement short and long term strategies for the shopping complex as well as leasing properties
of the Group.
-
Must be able to oversee and monitor the whole gamut of day to day operations of the Complex as well as
Investment properties of the Group.
-
To ensure shop-lots are fully rented out and to administer lease covenants, rental collections, tenant compliance to
House rules and tenancy reviews.
-
Effectively monitor and control properties expenses and to maximize income generated.
-
Strong leadership and inter-personal skills are expected to be able to effectively manage.
-
Computer literacy is a must.
   
7. Assistant Advertising & Promotions Manager (based in Kajang)
-
Have a Diploma in Advertising or Mass Communications with at least 2 years of working experience in similar
  capacity in advertising and promotions in a large shopping mall.
-
Those without the requisite tertiary qualification but have numerous years in Advertising and Promotions are
  encouraged to apply.
-
Proficient in the planning of promotion strategies for leasing properties and to come up with monthly proposed
budget and A.& P programmes with thematic events.
-
You are creative and innovative in your A & P ideas, at the same time are constantly be on the look out for exciting
and refreshing ideas to be applied to your work.
-
Able to handle event suppliers and to effectively coordinate weekly A&P programmes.
-
Conduct surveys on A & P campaigns of other properties.
-
Liaise closely with the Marketing Department on all media promotion relating to the shopping complex.
-
Able to supervise in-house artist on all matters relating to media printing, backdrop designs and installations.
-
Effectively organise and market concourse activity in the Complex.
   
7. Senior Property Executive (based in Kajang)
-
Degree in Property Management, Valuation/Town Planning or related discipline of study.
-
3 years of working experience in the field of property development and/or marketing is required.
-
Would have built up a wealth of experience in assisting his/her superior in the area of sourcing and research,
planning for product positioning and marketing strategies, feasibility studies, managing and marketing landbanks
and investment properties.
-
Well developed negotiating skills.
-
Good command of written and spoken Mandarin.
-
Is computer literate.
   
8. Accounts Executive (2 positions – based in Kajang)
-
Be in possession of a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or is a part qualified accountant of a recognized
  professional accounting body.
-
Would have at least 3 years of hands on working experience in a large shopping mall.
-
Able to prepare a full set of accounts each month.
-
Able to assist in the preparation and the monitoring of yearly company budget and cash flow projections.
-
Assist in the planning of yearly internal/external audit and to liaise with contractors and suppliers on all
  procurement matters.
-
Monitor all accounting and transactional controls as well as shop lots and rental space income.
-
Handle monthly payroll calculations and is proficient in the BOSS payroll system as well as H.R. related matters.
-
Willing to work weekends when required.
-
Computer literacy is required.
   
9. Sales & Marketing Executive (based in Kajang/ Petaling Jaya)
-
Have a Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related studies.
-
Those without a tertiary qualification but have numerous years of working experience and a good track record in
  sales and marketing are strongly encouraged to apply.

Have spent at least 3 to 4 years of successful selling of condominiums as well as landed and commercial
  properties.
-
Have excellent communication and customer relations skills.
-
Need to be a self starter and is highly committed and motivated to the job.
-
The ability to speak, read and write Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Computer literacy is required.
-
Must be willing to work weekends as well as public holidays.
   
10. Assistant Contract Executive (based in Kajang)
-
Have a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
-
2 years working experience in a consulting or contracting firm.
-
Fresh graduate without the experience but with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
-
Highly motivated, independent and able to work within tight datelines.
-
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
-
Computer literate.
   
11. Sales Assistant (based in Petaling Jaya)
-
A Certificate or Diploma in Business.
-
Preferably 1 to 2 years of sales experience necessary.
-
Those without tertiary education but is an aggressive sales person with a proven track record is strongly
  encouraged to apply.

Have good inter-personal and communication skills.
-
Ability to speak Mandarin and the Cantonese dialect is an added advantage.
